About my designs
I have been designing FF14 houses for a year now! I love designing cute, pastel, nature, rustic, and modern houses. I get my inspirations from songs, in real life house interiors and exteriors, anime, movies and series. I often listen to music or watch anime while designing.I love trying to design other themes!

Commission Process

Send a housing application in Google Form or Discord
I will check your application and if you meet the terms of service, I will add you to the wait list.
First Trade: Before the designing phase starts i will set up a meeting with the client to trade HALF of the designing fee and the furniture budget. I will also ask to have access to shared estate permissions.
Designing Phase: I may ask for items that are not available in market board, such as PVP, Doman Enclave and Gold Saucer Housing items. I will also ask for Client-san's feedback. Please be honest as you will be seeing the design more than me.
Last Trade: When the design is done, I will set up a meeting with the client to trade the REMAINING HALF of the designing fee. I will return the remaining furniture budget and furniture.
Terms of Service
You must be owner of the house desu!
You can decide the theme and add details about how you want the design to look like.
Ku values Client-san's opinions so please feel free to be 100% honest to Ku! I can take criticisms dechu.
Ku do not take rush commissions or commissions with deadlines anymore dechu! gomen ne!
About Cancelling Commission:
➀ If Client-san is naughty, Ku will cancel commission and put you in naughty list!
➁ If you cancel commission in the middle of designing you pay Ku half of the designing price dechu!
➂ If Client-san wants to cancel commission, please tell Ku as soon as possible so Ku can return your gil and items early!You must pay Ku half of the designing fee on the start of the commission and the remaining half at the end of the commission.
Ku values communication. Please do not forget to inform Ku about any changes in the information you have provided.
The owner and Ku must add each other as friends in-game and in social media (discord)
Ku may make a Youtube video showcasing your house!
Please keep your house open for at least 1 month after the design is finish.
